Firstly, I apologise for the use of exclamation marks because it makes this seem more sensationalist than it really is. I just want to let those of you who are thinking about joining the forum on Reploversunited.com what it is.
ARE YOU NEW TO THE REP WORLD (BAGS, WATCHES ETC)?
If so then you should know that it can be quite risky as the people selling these replica items are doing so illegally in a lot of countries. In some countries it's even illegal to buy replica items but anyway because of this, the nature of getting information for some sellers can be extremely secretive. Lots of sellers like Jacky have been keeping their info a secret for years now and some have recently joined such as David, Angel etc (if you don't know who those sellers are don't worry because there are 1000s out there so just keep searching and you'll find many!).
Forums are generally a place to gather new information on any subject so you'd think that by paying the $10 to gain membership to the RLU forum
$10 is a burrito at your local tex mex dive
$10 is a couple trips downtown and back
$10 isn't a lot to some and is a lot to others
I will tell you joining RLU isn't worth the $10. A lot of the older members on there left after one of the creators of the forum began asking for money in order to regain access to a section of the forum that they helped to create.
You won't gain seller info on that site
I've been told the place is drying up in terms of new reviews so you might not see much of those either

ReplyDeleteThe sad truth is, RLU was ALWAYS about money. The site always had ads. Then Kim asked for MONEY for Sarah's legal troubles. Sarah sold her blog to H2000H( for MONEY) then someone allowed the fake Purse Princess site to steal everyone's posts (probably for MONEY). Maya claims she doesn't want the MONEY. Right. Dry that one out and you can fertilize the lawn with it. Kim asked for MONEY for her soldier friend then was upset because it wasn't enough. They are so greedy it makes me sick.
ReplyDeleteSorry but I don't believe that MaJa would lie about getting money from Kim charging membership fees. Maja's always been pretty straight up and honest and stepped in out of the kindness of her heart to keep the forum running after Sarah had to step away and moved the forum over to her own private server. If Maja was in fact going to get money from Kim, why would she say no? That makes Kim look like a liar in that situation and makes existing members LESS likely to pay the fee (which would be less money Maja would get). It wouldn't benefit her in any way to say that she wasn't getting any money from Kim, so I honestly believe that Kim did lie about that and Maja had nothing to do with the membership fee. Sarah sold her PP blog because she was already stepping away from the rep world and had to do what she had to do to combat the astronomical legal fees she was (and still is) faced with. That does not make her greedy. Say what you will about Kim but don't assume that Maja and Sarah are the same. Any time there has been money thrown into the mix with this forum where it concerns members, there has ALWAYS been one common denominator - KIM.
ReplyDeleteSorry but you don't know what you are talking about. Maya switched to a private server not out of the kindness of her heart but to avoid the website being seized. In fact currently RLU is still on that private server. It still says Maya in the IEP address. Maja and Kim are friends. They both live in Vegas. They started RLU together. Sarah was just an inspiration. You don't think it's a strange coincidence that when Kim was MIA Maya was there and now that Kim is back Maya is MIA. They are taking turns. Maybe Sarah isn't greedy but those 2 sure are.
